  • How to create or access my account?

    To access your account, simply click on the "My Account" icon. You will be able. You can order quickly and easily through our website, save multiple delivery addresses, view and track your orders.You're not customer yet? Click on the "My Account" icon, then "create my account" and fill in the requested personal information (last name, first name, e-mail address and password).

  • I forgot my password, how can I get it back?

    If you can't remember your password, please click on the "Forgotten password?" button and enter your e-mail address. We will send you a link to reset your password.

  • My product is unavailable, when can I order it?

    Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. If the product you wish to order is not available, please contact contact us by email for more information on the replenishment deadlines: infoconso@labo-svr.com.

  • What methods of payment are accepted on your e-shop?

    We accept payments with MasterCard & Visa / CB credit cards. At the moment, we do not accept: - Credit cards with a billing address located abroad - Counter-refunds - Checks and money ordersImportant: For your security, your name and billing address must be identical to those on the card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these conditions.

  • How to check the status and follow the status of my order?

    Following your order, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you. You will also receive an e-mail later to inform you that your order has been shipped.   • How to return a product purchased on the Laboratoire SVR's website?

  • What are the delivery rates?

    Orders under 50€, a participation of 7€ is required for shipping costs. For orders over 50€, shipping costs are free.

  • Are Laboratoire SVR's products tested on animals?

    We do not practice animal testing and thus comply with European regulations that prohibit the use of such methods.

    To test our different product ranges and our new products, 3 samples are free for any order on our website.
